REFUND POLICY

Here's what to expect at RDU Print Studio

At RDU Print Studio, we take pride in the quality of our screen printing and embroidery. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

1. **Eligibility for Refunds** - Credits are available for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. - Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. 

 

 2. **Conditions** - Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. - Items must be in the original packaging. 

 

 3. **Requesting a Refund** - To initiate a refund, please contact us at orders@rduprint.com within [5] days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged items. - Once we receive your request, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within [2] business days. 

 

4. **Processing Refunds** - If your refund is approved, we will process it within [2] business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. - Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES, SHIPPING RETURNS, & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

 Exchanges 

 

 1. **Eligibility for Exchanges** - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at orders@rduprint.com

 

Shipping Returns 

 

 1. **Returning Items** - To return your product, mail it to: 1106 W Cornwallis Rd Ste # 102 Durham, NC 27705.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

 1. **Custom Orders** - All custom orders are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
